8-foot Muscle Wall is manufactured with low-density polyethylene plastic because it enables the product to be rigid as well as malleable, making it more durable and able to withstand impacts from equipment and/or debris. 8-foot Muscle Wall is also foam filled which strengthens its structure and and doesn't require the product to be filled with water during the deployment stage.
The material also enables us to extend a 10-year manufacturer's UV rating, meaning that the product can be stored outdoors in almost any environment.

The 8-foot Muscle Wall system also utilizes a steel bracing system that quickly connects to the bracing on the back of each 8-foot Muscle Wall with the same hinge and pin system the walls are connected with. This system equips 8-foot Muscle Wall with the strength and reliability it needs to stand up against the immense pressures that come with 8 feet of water.
Two part connection system.
8-foot Muscle Wall uses a two part connection process when connecting the walls together. The first process is a tongue and groove system. Each wall has a male and female connection that slides into place on the connecting wall. The second process is a hinge and pin system. The powder coated steel frame on the back of each 8-foot Muscle Wall has a hinge that slides into place of the connecting wall and is secured with a bent angle steel pin.
Inside & outside corner unit
The two 8-foot Muscle Wall corner units enable your system to make 90-degree turns allowing Muscle Wall to be used as a containment solution as well as protect infrastructure and equipment. The corner unit features the same two part connection system which enables a quick and clean deployment process.
Nestles to ship and store.
The unique "L" shaped design of Muscle Wall enables each wall to nestle together with another in order to maximize shipping and storage space.
Each wall has an extrusion on the top of the wall that snaps into place on the toe of the connecting wall. This system allows the walls to be securely stacked together.
Two strategically placed kiss-throughs
A kiss-through is a sealed tunnel that travels completely through the 8-foot Muscle Wall. Each wall has two kiss-throughs strategically placed in locations of the wall that help maintain its structural integrity as well as conveniently allow a forklift to pick up and move bundles of 8-foot Muscle Wall.
