The Muscle Wall 2-foot Extension System is manufactured with low-density polyethylene plastic because it enables the product to be rigid as well as malleable, making it more durable and able to withstand impacts from equipment and/or debris.
The material also enables us to extend a 10-year manufacturer's UV rating, meaning that the product can be stored outdoors in almost any environment.
Modular system.
Each 2-Foot Extension system fits on one Muscle Wall unit allowing the freedom to extend the protection height for the whole system, or just in certain problematic areas.
Extra strength for extra height.
The 2-foot extension system includes a support brace that slides into place at the base of each wall and is secured using the same safety strap that is used to connect the walls together. The support brace also features a telescoping kick plate that can be butted up against a curb or building. You can also elect to stake the support brace to the ground if you don't have any surface to butt it up against.
